EPHOA Roles & Responsibilities
President (Officer) - 2 Year Term
- Serve as chief executive of all Board duties and functions
- Board Meetings
- Annual EPHOA meeting
- Serve as main counsel to Board and residents on EPHOA covenants
- Work with Treasurer to prepare annual budget
- With the Board, enforce all non-ACC Chair rules and communicating (in accordance with EPHOA covenant standards) with residents in violation of EPHOA covenants
Treasurer (Officer) - 2 Year Term
- Prepare annual EPHOA budget
- Advise Board and residents on neighborhood expenditures
- Monitor and control EPHOA budget and accounts
- Enforce annual dues collections; coordinate with ACC on tracking neighborhood fines
- Maintain all EPHOA financial records
Secretary (Officer) - 2 Year Term
- Maintain resident directory and EPHOA documents
- Maintain website
- Provide welcome packets for new residents and monitor homes for sale
- Serve as source for all EPHOA documents (Covenants, ACC Forms, etc)
- Draft minutes for all Board and EPHOA Annual meetings including action items
Architectural Control Committee (Chair)
- Process and rule (with committee) all ACC requests within two weeks
- Monitor the neighborhood and enforce all EPHOA covenants covering landscaping and condition of exterior structures
- Maintain all records of rules violations and ACC requests
- Manage islands, detention facility, and common areas (principal contact for landscaper)
Social Events (Co-Chairs)
- Manage the Edmund Park social and community events
- Manage special events budget
- Schedule, plan, and execute 4-5 annual events
- Oversee the drafting and distribution of Edmund Park newsletters
- Draft and distribute any special announcements to residents
Neighborhood Security (Chair)
- Setup and Manage Edmund Park's Neighborhood Watch
- Oversee the Neighborhood Watch Block Captains
- Provide crime awareness and home security improvements to neighbors
